2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That the present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction for following relief/reliefs:- i. For direction upon the Respondent No. 6 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Misc. Appeal Case No. 69/2018 which was filed on 27.08.2015, within a reasonable time frame.

ii. For direction upon the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10602 of 2020 dt.11-01-2022 2/2 respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

iii. For quashing of advertisement published vide Memo No. 328 dated 11.06.2020 which has been published without cancelling the earlier advertisement against which selection process has already been completed.

iv. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error in mentioning the Misc. Appeal Case Number. Therefore, he intends to file fresh appeal. He is permitted to file appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The appellate authority is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of petitioner's appeal.

4. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
