Petitioners seek bail in Alipur P.S. Case No.14 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 386, 387, 388/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act. The police apprehended two persons, namely, Kamlesh Kumar and Raju Kumar. They confessed before the police to be active members of Maoist Party. Name of these petitioners have been disclosed by Kamlesh Kumar. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 18.05.2018 and 21.06.2018 respectively.
