JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the compensation/ hire charges of the bus of the petitioner bearing registration no. BR 10J 3231, which was used by the State Government in the Lok Sabha Election, 2019 for the period 06.04.2019 to 20.05.2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.102 of 2021(2) dt.02-09-2021 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances, hence necessary directions be given to him to consider the grievance of the petitioner objectively and pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered by the Ld.
