The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402, 414 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended but no arms or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated accused Pintu Nat has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Bihiya P.S.
