The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner besides coaccused persons and some outsider persons came to the house of the informant and tried to break the door of the informant followed by using filthy language. The petitioner accused Shiv Ballam Yadav gave Garasa blow to Indrajeet Kumar, who sustained head injury. Co=accsued Durga Kant Yadv gave Pasuli blow to Inderjeet Kumar, who sustained injury on the wrist of

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner assaulted the informant with Garasa blow but the injury report shows that all the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Juduicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
