Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Nawada N.D.P.S. Case No.35 of 2021 arising out of P.R. No.39(A) 21-22 instituted under Sections 8,20(ii),(b) and (c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

The informant has alleged the recovery/seizure of 330 Kg. of 'Ganja' wrapped in sixty six packets of 5 Kg. each. Considering the quantity of the 'Ganja' that has been recovered/seized, this Court is not inclined to grant him any relief and the bail application is accordingly rejected.
