Perused the order dated 01.08.2016 and 21.06.2016 passed by the District Judge in transfer petition under Section 24 of the C.P.C.

It appears that earlier order was passed ex parte. Therefore, subsequently the transfer petition filed by this petitioner again under Section 24 by terms of the order dated 01.08.2016. The said application has been rejected refusing to retransfer the execution case from Sub-Judge-II to Sub-Judge-IV on the ground mentioned in the order. Therefore, I find no jurisdictional error in the order passed by the court below. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed. brajesh/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J)
