The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant, Rajesh Kumar with broom. The petitioner is a lady and she is not the assailant of the deceased, Vinod Yadav. Co-accused Mahesh Yadav is alleged to have assaulted deceased, Vinod Yadav with sword on his head, consequently, Vinod Yadav died. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
