This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 713 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. About 1 kg. of Ganja was recovered from the coaccused, who has named the present petitioner as his associate in the self-inculpatory statement.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
