The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant lodged the case after recovery of the dead body of his wife. Except suspicion, the Investigating Officer did not collect any tenable material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39553 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri L. B. Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Jankinagar P. S. Case No. 39 of 2014.
