JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Learned counsel for opposite party submits that entire payment has been made to the petitioner by three installments. First installment amounting to Rs.50,173/- was made to the petitioner vide Cheque No.440957 on 30.8.2006, second installment of Rs.50,000/- was paid vide Cheque no.82856 dated 17.9.2008 and last installment Rs.50,000/- was made vide cheque no.685636 dated 30.6.2009. In such view of the matter, there is no need to keep the matter pending.

Patna High Court MJC No.3407 of 2005 (7) dt.13-01-2017 Accordingly this proceeding is dropped.
