The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant alleged that some unknown persons came and threw poisonous powder in his eyes. Thereafter the accused Vikash Jha fled away. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. The petitioner is in jail since 01.03.2014 and he has already remained in jail for one and half years. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
