1. Heard the parties.

2. This Court is satisfied that the termination order has been passed, which is not part of the directions of the High Court. The High Court has only directed for conducting an enquiry by the Vigilance, after that say that the Court has observed to take action in accordance with law.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent action, she would be free to prefer an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3684 of 2021(2) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 concerned District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority as the case may be, in terms of Judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
