Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks full relief for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had retired from the service on 30.11.2008. Respondent number 6 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass order. If petitioner is entitled for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14208 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 payment then assure the payment of the petitioner within 4 months after receiving of the copy of the representation by the petitioner.

In case of non-payment within 30 days thereafter then with 9% interest shall be charged on the payable amount. With this observation, the present Writ application is disposed off.
