The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2023.

It is alleged that petitioner got employment on the basis of false training certificate.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner should remain in jail for his crime.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42250 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S.
