2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"(i) for directing the respondents for removal of the obstruction made by

Patna High Court CWJC No.10949 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 Respondent No.11 and 12 over the common Path (Rasta, Gali) from the plot no.170 pertaining to Khata No.41 which is being used by the petitioners and other villagers since 1960 and the PCC work over the common Path was done by the Govt. in the year 2020-21.

(ii) for directing the respondents to ensure free path for the villager by the petitioner with on any further hindrance.

(iii) for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that a proper petition shall be filed before the respondent no. 8, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jehanabad in next four weeks.

5. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest in accordance with law.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 8, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jehanabad who shall be noticing the stakeholders including the respondent nos. 11 and 12 and see to it that within the time frame stipulated under the act, the petition
