2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 308(3), 111(1), 111(2) and 111(4) of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has threatened the informant of dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that save and except the allegation of threatening, there is nothing against the petitioner. Learned counsel has further submitted that learned trial court has rejected the bail application of the petitioner only on the basis of his criminal antecedent. He is having criminal

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi with following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in trial and shall remain physically present in the trial court on each and every fixed date.

(ii) Petitioner is also directed to mark his weekly attendance at Runnisaidpur P.S.
