The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case no. 189/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 465, 471, 379, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and Chandan Kumar were apprehended near SBI A.T.M. Both were apprehended on suspicion that both were cheating the people in the name of Chehra Pehchano Inam Pao. One ATM card was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The ATM card was of Rajiv Kumar Sinha. It is submitted that Rajiv Kumar Sinha happens to be friend of his brother. Nobody came forward to say that the petitioner cheated him. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2015. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40512 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 189/2015.
