JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agiaon Bazar P. S. Case No.92 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Allegation is of recovery of two loaded pistol along with 20 cartridges.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an Army man and has his own licensed weapon and he has been roped in this case with false allegation.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon Bazar P. S. Case No.92 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
