Anand Kumar Ravi and Uttam Kumar Singh have been enlarged on bail. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or in pursuance of the confession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2015. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
