JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made over public Ahar (Pyne) so that water can flow in an uninterrupted manner, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the moment, the grievance of the petitioner has stood redressed, hence the petitioner may be granted liberty to take recourse to the due process of law, in case the encroachment is again made over the Ahar (Pyne) in future.
