2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, later on Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act were also added.

3. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and the assailant of the deceased namely Munna Singh @ Munna Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49140 of 2024.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
