The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498(A), 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of wife of the petitioner lodged the case making allegation against the petitioner and his family members. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 498A of the IPC. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015 and he has already remained in jail for about four months. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Nabinagar P.S.
