2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the bail application of the appellant was firstly rejected vide order dated 23.11.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2223 of 2022 and secondly, vide order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4135 of 2023.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the appellant.

4. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the appellant and hence, his prayer
