The learned State counsel straight away has taken this Court to the show cause preferred by the opposite party no.6, the District Programme Officer (Saksharta) Madhubani by which vide memo no. 80 dated 2.2.2022, an order has been passed denying any payment to the petitioners on the ground that their entry has been found to be illegal. Further, claim for the payments have also been rejected.

This Court is convinced that an order has been passed and the petitioners if so aggrieved can challenge the same by way of filing writ petition.

The present contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.
