2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piparkothi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024 lodge on 23.04.2024 under Section 272/273/328/308/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that there is recovery of 30 Litre country made liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that police has apprehended the petitioner only due to the reason that he is accused in three more cases. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38516 of 2024(2) dt.27-05-2024 2/2 and there are three cases pending against him in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are three cases pending against him.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named by granted bail four months after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Excise Judge-I, East Champaran in connection with Piparkothi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
