The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police raided the house of Ram Swaroop Sah and apprehended the petitioners and along with them different articles, sheets of paper were recovered which were allegedly to be used for cheating but nobody has come to say that he was ever cheated. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Afzal Alam Munsif, learned
