This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Katoriya P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015, disclosing offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the gravity of the offence and incriminating materials on record, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36787 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
