The licence of the petitioner has been cancelled by the respondent authority on account of non-deposit of the licence fee from 2011 onwards.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready be deposit the licence fee as also the late fine, if required.

Let the petitioner approach the Licencing

Patna High Court CWJC No.15937 of 2016 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Authority for depositing the licence fee. If the petitioner approaches, the Licencing Authority will accept the licence fee in terms of the law, if so provides.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
