After arguing at some length, Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition. However, a direction be issued to the respondents to refund the earnest money deposited by him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8842 of 2020 dt.02-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the earnest money, if not already refunded, shall be refunded within two weeks from today.

Needless to observe that the petitioner shall be at liberty to participate in any fresh tender floated in future. The writ petition stands disposed off.
