The petitioner seeks bail in Kundwa Chainpur P.S. case No. 108/2013 under Section 25(1-A) (1-b) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under different sections of the U.A. P. Act. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner but no arms or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The co-accused Vidya Mahto, who was apprehended on the spot with arms and Naxal literature, has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 22. 05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14382 of 2014 and the case of petitioner stands on better footing. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Case No. 108/13.
