The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.1007 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 380, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother of the accused agianst whom there is allegation that he enticed the girl and took her away from her house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed a copy of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which indicates that she has voluntarily joined the wedlock with the son of the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.1007 of 2018.
