JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the Bihar State Housing Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board').
2. At the very outset learned counsel for the Board submitted that the matter has been reconsidered and the Board has decided to grant the relief claimed for by the petitioner in view of similarly situated persons having also been granted the same. He submitted that consequential order has already been issued on 08.01.2018 under office order no. 105/2016-67.
3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation before the authority with regard to fixation of pension in terms of the recommendation of the Sixth Pay Revision Commission. It was submitted that the same be also considered by them.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.14430 of 2016 (6) dt.09-01-2018 2/2 stands disposed off with a direction to the concerned authorities to take a final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner relating to fixation of his pensionary benefits in terms of the recommendation of the Sixth Pay Revision Commission. The same be done within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 5. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) SA/- U
