2. Earlier the petitioner was granted extension of time for surrender vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63120 of 2023, in the meantime, on 01.02.2024 the petitioner was arrested in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 248 of 2023 and thereafter he was released on 10.04.2024, due to communication gap as he was in jail and unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40900 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 bail bonds of the petitioner.

4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order with given conditions.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63120 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Jyoti/- U T
