Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he is in custody since 20.01.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
