The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner has got two criminal cases pending against him but he is in jail for more than eight and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Gradanibagh P.S.
