The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married to the son of the two petitioners herein. She was tortured and ultimately done to death. Her dead body was disposed of.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners who are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased have been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45967 of 2021(2) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 the case because of their relationship. They are separate in residence and mess from their son i.e husband of the deceased, who is in custody. The petitioners are in custody since 22.2.2021 and have no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the husband of the deceased being in custody and the petitioners having remained in custody for over 11 months, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case no.7 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Dalsingsarai, District- Samastipur.
