The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. On the basis of confession of the petitioner two stolen tractors were recovered, but the subject matter of theft of the present case has not been recovered. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014.
