The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 373 of 2020, dated 12.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 384, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(A) and 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and that the petitioner is prosecuting his studies as a student, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi (Patna) in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
