The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and one Mahendra Singh are alleged to have killed Ram Balak Noniya but there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Except suspicion that the petitioner has got illicit relation with Mahendra Singh, there appears to be no material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40217 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash III, Additional Sessions Judge V, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 292 of 2015.
