The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been paid salary for certain period during the pendency of the present writ petition, however, some outstanding salary is still due to be paid, for which the petitioner be

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura, for redressal of her grievances regarding non-payment of the balance amount of outstanding salary.

It is needless to state that if any petition is filed before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura, within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation.
