Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of deceased was solemnized in the year, 2006 but after some time, the relation of the deceased with her husband became strained and her husband solemnized his second marriage, for which, deceased lodged two cases against her husband as well as in-laws, including the petitioner. The deceased died in the year, 2014 in other than normal circumstances but the postmortem report of the deceased reveals that the doctor could not ascertain the exact cause of death of deceased. Moreover, husband of the deceased has already been remanded to judicial custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40364 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 32 of 2015 arising out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Purnea.
