The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police went to arrest the petitioner in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2011, but the petitioner is alleged to have made protest along with his family members. It is alleged that the petitioner is a dreaded criminal. The petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2015.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for 21⁄2 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
