The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3

(1) (x) of the SC & ST Act.

The petitioner and others are named in the FIR but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. It is submitted that other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. The petitioner was also granted anticipatory bail but he was arrested. Sri Ambika Bhagat, learned Spl. P.P., however, has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39839 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in Chandradeep P.S.
