Mr. Suman Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I. For Issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction in nature of "Mandamus" directing and commanding the concerned Respondents to accept the Rejoining of the petitioner after released on bail and for grant of all consequential benefits in light of his joined on the post of Constable in Gopalganj District Police Force in Responceto appointment letter vide memo no. 386/CSBC, Patna, dated 02.06.2013.

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order/orders, direction or directions in nature of Mandamus directing and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10344 of 2020 dt.10-01-2022 2/2 commanding the concerned respondent to depute the petitioner on appropriate place in accordance to Police Manual as well as C.C.A. rules 9 and 10 for the Govt. Employee.

III. For issuance of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner found entitled to in the larger interest of justice."

3. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner submitted representation/re-joining application dated 24.04.2019. The same has not been considered by the concerned respondent.

4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of petitioner's application dated 24.04.2019 relating to re-joining read with decision passed in CWJC No. 3729 of 2016 decided on 14.07.2016 and so also order passed in CWJC Nos. 17845 of 2016, 17962 of 2016 and 18141 of 2016 decided on 14.11.2017. Such a decision shall be taken in passing speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order .

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
