2. Heard learned counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners have put to challenge the Memo No. 1299 dated 30.04.2022 (Annexure-3) issued by the District Education Officer, Darbhanga/ respondent No. 5 whereby the concerned subordinate officers and the concerned employment units have been directed to stop the salary of the petitioners and

Patna High Court CWJC No.9556 of 2022(6) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 not to allow the petitioners to mark their attendance in the schools.

4. The petitioners are stated to be Panchayat Teachers, working and getting their salary on the basis of the order dated 08.12.2018 passed in Case No. 08 of 2018 by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Darbhanga.

5. Since the petitioners are Panchayat Teachers, having regard to the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari vs. the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
