2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, lodged on 06.02.2025 under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S.,2023.

3. A bare reading of the F.I.R. reveals that it has been lodged against ten named accused persons, including the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant's father on the head, resulting in his death on the spot.

4. The petitioner's pleadings indicate that his antecedents are clean and that he is in custody since 07.02.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail, submitting that there is a direct allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant's father, causing his instantaneous death.

6. Learned counsel for the State also opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In view of the specific allegation that the petitioner assaulted the informant's father, resulting in his death on the spot, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2025, pending before the learned CJM, Siwan, is hereby rejected.
