The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury on the arm of the informant. The doctor found one injury wound of entry and another wound of exit and opined the injuries to be simple in nature. The petitioner was absconding and charge sheet is submitted against the petitioner showing him absconder, but the petitioner appeared in court on 24.07.2014 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 13 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41015 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No. 475 of 2014, arising out of Pupri P.S. Case No. 33 of 1999.
