The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is husband and the wife has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The petitioner is in jail since 02.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in complaint Case No. 3516 of 2013.
