2. The present MJC is filed for modification of the Co-ordinate Bench order dated 10.11.2017 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court MJC No.647 of 2018(4) dt.14-12-2023 2/2 Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 1511 of 2017.

3. Para 10 of the present MJC-modification reads as under:- "That, in light of the aforesaid facts this Hon'ble court may be pleased to clarify and if required modify the impugned Judgement by providing the liberty to the petitioner to atleast meet his wife once in a week or so and also inquire about alleged duress by private respondents on respondent no. 13 to extract statements against legality of the marriage and the petitioner."

4. Modification of any judicial order or judgment is permissible if there are only typographical error and not otherwise. Therefore, we decline to entertain the present MJC for modification of the order dated 10.11.2017 passed in Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 1511 of 2017.

5. Accordingly, the present MJC for modification stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file review petition if he is so advised.
